Sweet Sunday Scripture…Joy

And so I thought, Maybe I will begin to share some scriptures for Sundays…
No words for me to come up with, for Gods great hand has already been at work.
To begin I choose Joy….well because If you have visited here recently, you know that I have unofficially adopted “Joy”
as my word for the year! Today it will just be scriptures that reflect joy…..
Shouts of joy and victory
resound in the tents of the righteous:
“The LORD’s right hand has done mighty things!
~Psalms 118:15
Hasn’t  the Lord done mighty things in your life today?
Did you wake up with air in your lungs?
Heat in your home?
A bite to eat?
A roof to keep you dry?
Can you name just one thing He has done mightily for You today?
Shout for joy…for He is doing Mighty things!
I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.
~John 15:11
This scripture in it’s fullness tells us, that all we are to do is keep His commands , and then and ONLY then shall we remain In Love. Fullness of Joy!
Have a Blessed week!
and remember….
This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.”
Nehemiah 8:10
