Dive {5 Minute Friday}

Standard

Because, as we all know, the most important rule of Five Minute Friday is leaving an encouraging comment for the person who linked up before you. So getting to feature one of your fine posts is like frosting as far as I’m concerned.

So, set your timer, clear your head, for five minutes of free writing without worrying about getting it right.

1. Write for 5 minutes flat – no editing, no over thinking, no backtracking.
2. Link back here and invite others to join in.
3. And then absolutely, no ifs, ands or buts about it, you need to visit the person who linked up before you & encourage them in their comments. Seriously. That is, like, the rule. And the fun. And the heart of this community..

OK, are you ready? Please give me your best five minutes on:::

Dive…

5mf dive

Go…

Something I do so often; Dive that is.
I come up with an idea and I Dive right in, no looking back…>Dive

Just like when I began this here blog a little over a year ago. I dove in before even knowing what I was doing. Now….now I am praying, and seeking God for direction. and changes will be coming soon.
And with my photography I decided to take on last August.
Just Dove right in, bought a camera and took off running. And I’m tired.
Because with these dives, there are endless laps, no timer, no finish line.

This year, I want to Dive into something with more substance….
Him.
My heavenly father.
Dive into His word. into His presence, into His
Joy!

I’m slowing down…and when I Dive, I pray that it will be with Him as my guide.
Diving into His will for my life.
His purpose.

Diving into a notebook, with a pen and real ink…(you remember)

What are you Diving into this year?
Are you Diving into 2013 at all?

Stop!

Wanna join?….Head on over to Lisa-Jo and join in the party!

  1. Hi Stacey, I’m visiting from FMF. Thanks for sharing! I hope your photography takes off, it’s an interest I share as well, but I never seem to be able to get myself together enough to remember the camera so I can take pictures. Such is life. I’m impressed with your desire to dive deeper into His word, into Him. Something we can all do more of! God Bless!
